Anyone Help please. I ordered a rotary drier & when it came box was damaged so Delivery guy said Don't accept it & he would return it . He took a photo of the damaged box & took it back . Got No Help from seller so ebay stepped in. Now they have closed the case as I didn't forward tracking for it which I didn't have thought that was down to delivery guy & Now I can't find out how to get in touch with ebay just going round in Circles . Can't afford to throw money away 😞

adding to advice already given -

 

Unfortunately refusing delivery usually means you void buyer protection.

Try a "not received" case.  Not sure if you can do that after a "not as described" one and it will depend on what the courier put on the original tracking, but worth a try.    So report that your item hasn't arrived next to your order in Purchase History and escalate after 3 business days.

 

If that doesn't work if you paid using Paypal try a "not received" case here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
