hi, does anyone know how long it normally takes for a refund to come through, after asking ebay for help, after a seller has not responded to me nor fefunded me, so i obviously asked ebay, and still have not been refunded, which should of been 2 days ago, any thoughts ?

Did you open a Case of some sort? That is the only way to get a refund and if no response within 3 days you escalate to ebay who will deal with it.

How do you know it should have been two days ago ? Refunds go back to source so it all depends on how you paid, debit card 7 daysto bank, Credit Card 30 daysto card.

Have you looked at the item to see if the £  PAID symbol has changed.

i did open a case, it says its been sorted, and not sure, i guess ill wait 7 days lol thanks
