refund

Hello, buyer opened a refund case. In the meantime item arrived. I contacted buyer asking about cancel refund. Ive got answer with confirmation of received item. However, buyer still didnt cancel refund. I believe it might be language barier- buyer is Italian. What can I do in this situation? Thank you in advance.

Add the tracking number into the case details,  and it will close the case in your favour.

 

If you mean you have already refunded , and the iterm has turned up now, nothing you can do to enforce them to pay ,  but you could start with sending them a Paypal invoice for the item,  see if they pay that.
