You should have received a notification from either eBay or PayPal letting you know that a refund has been made.
What was your original funding method for your PayPal payment?
Only payments via debit card will go back to your bank.
Refunds go back to their funding source. If you funded your payment via credit card, the refund will go back to your credit card, but may take 30 days to show on your statement.
Payments direct from your bank will show as a Paypal balance.
