returned an item what was faulty ,recived refund through ebay , this morning recived item back reason for return to me refused by seller.

what happens now ???

Simple you have a refund, seller has foolishly not accepted the return, there is nothing he can do to make you pay again.

Send a simple message to the seller saying that item has been returned to you and if he wants it back, you will return it if he sends you the POSTAGE, otherwise after 7 days (or however long you want to make it) you will give to a Charity Shop.
