Hi i sold an item to brazil , i sent it tracking and signed after a month buyer said he didnt get , i refund him full amount , and i have checked after 3 months later  , royal mail website the delivered after,2and half months later ,  and i asked to buyer refund me back but he doesnt want to ,what can i do ?

Unfortunately all you can do is send him a PayPal Invoice. Find Send /Request and hope he Pays.
