refund on postage not paid

A recent buyer paid postage, As I came to print label , I realised he was only 10 minutes away. I rang and suggested he collect, to save on postage. He agreed . ( he was new to area)  Postage was £6.50. I gave him £7 in Cash. He insisted on Me giving him £6. we neither had the change.  I think I can claim Ebay element of there Fee, Its probably not worth it, But Cant find  how to anyway. He hasnt marked transaction complete. as yet , so only showing up in my sale as Despatched.  Anyone?

if you were going to remove the postage then you needed to send an new invoice with the postage adjustment, Then you go immediately and mark as paid and dispatched.

I doubt you can change it now
