refund not received

2 items did not arrive so seller refunded me but i have not received the monies back in my account this was a month ago how does it work now we dont have paypal? and how do i contact ebay?

If you do not have a PayPal account, how did you pay?

If your payment was made through eBay checkout PayPal would have processed your card transaction.

Refunds return to the source of the payment.

If you paid by debit card then refunds can take 7 days to show in your card account.

Refunds to payment by credit card can take 30 days to show in that card account.
