is it possible for anyone to help me please? i recently sold 2 items to two different customers but when trying to download the buyers details, my tablet wouldn't let me. So i repeatedly tried but now instead of paying for two different postages from ebay, they've taken 6 payments of 0.96p. how can I get this back? I know it doesn't seem a lot but every penny is accounted for.
