I did expalin in my reply that there is no longer a direct phone line during the pandemic.

I'm afraid the only way to contact eBay is using the methods I told you about.

Otherwise, as you are able to type qestions here, why not tell us what the problem is? This is eBay's board of community experts so someone here will probably be able to help you.
