the last couple of days now my recently viewed items keep going missing .lm not using an app just my laptop to the website

In that case try clearing cookies and cache or switching browsers.  Internet Explorer is no longer compatible so use Chrome or Firefox both eBay friendly.

Also if this happens mostly on Fridays,  that is eBay's maintenance day,  and many things go awry from time to time.

thank you for responding. l have done all that & this has happened all week this is down to ebay l have been checking everyday & its still the same no items in recently viewed items .thanks for your help
