i have received neg feedback and feel it is unjust, picture did show 6 pumps but item description stated " you are buying one pump". he has refused feedback revision ??

 Many buyers who use mobile devices don't see the full description, they rely on the picture and title and that presumably is what has happened here.

You could try phoning customer support but as the picture forms part of the description, they may be unsympathetic.
