Hi, I received after parcel back as the buyer wasn't home when delivery was attempted card was left but she never collected or rearranged delivery. She now took a case out on me for not receiving. I've messaged her saying I will refund the item price but not the postage as I had posted the item to which she agreed. When trying to do a partial refund it's only letting me refund in full as there's a case. Is there a way of only refunding the item price, if not if I ask her to close the case will I then be able to choose the amount I refund. Thanks
