I'm facing a problem that I'm not allowed to list new item as a statement is appearing stating that "Unfortunately, we're unable to verify your identity. To learn more, you can contact us" and I have faced the same problem before once and i resolved by confirming my identity and again the same problem has been arise. Regarding this problem I contacted ebay live chat and they said that nothing such block is imposed on my account... what should i do...???? Please Help me
