"Product details" don't show up when listing goes live

I've created a listing, and in the "Product details" section at the very top, "Prefill this listing with eBay catalogue info" is ticked. When I click on "See details" I get a preview of the full product information. However -the product information does not show when I preview my listing.

Can anyone help me with this?

Sorry, community newbie here, & I am having serious problems with figuring all of this out. I did not mean to click the "Solved" button. One of my listings worked out just fine, but the rest did not. That's what has me so stumped.
