Seller selling different sizes and colour options, but every combination is 123 sold, and "Last One".

Sounds dodgy, misleading, and must surely be against eBay policies.

I would report it, but there's no option for this type of goading, as far as I can see....

They may have temporarily closed off some of their items, because of difficulty for some items being delivered late due to Covid.

Don't understand why ' Last One' sounds dodgy?  Have you tried to buy an item from them?  If they come back with an out of stock option they gain a damaging defect on their account.
