"Additional actions" isn't showing me how to mark as paid (cash on collection item)

I had cash-on-collection as a payment method, so it shouldn't be that.

some answers refer to the "Seller hub" but I can't see what url that should be

After speaking with ebay:

Use a desktop PC,

Go to selling overview.

Switch to "Classic View"

scroll down to item, and "Additional/more actions" now lets you mark as paid/ & dispatched.
