question re fees

I sold a print which I bought direct from the artist recently. I didnt want to destroy the pacaking as it was very large . When the buyer opened it was a completly different print from the one I had originally ordered. The buyer requested to cancel the and return at my expense. I agreed to this but ebay has still deducted there fee of £476 leaving me out of pocket. Is this right?

You have 3 Business Days to Accept the Return and Refund when you Receive the Item back. If Ebay had to Refund from your Account? You wouldn't Receive a Fee Credit.
