I'm facing error everytime I list new product and then it redirect me to page where it says "We looked Everywhere. and seems like page is missing" I couldn't able to edit previous Prduct page  as well as couldn't add new one now. I have left limit of more than 300 item to list for this month. so Limit could not be the isssue I think.  If anyone had gone through this issue Please advice me how I can reolve this issue. I have this customer who left a negative feedback on a moment of anger.  I'll try to keep it short but would appreciate any input.   The customer is not using ebay platform too much. After he left the negative feedback for a wifi dongle which didn't work on win xp as plug-and-play, mentioned on the listing that it works only on win 10 and for other platforms a small driver is required.    Anyhow, issue sorted, customer very happy, messages were sent back and forth on period of 6 months. Feedback revision sent and expired because he didn't see it on time.    I sent him a message if he accepts ebay to remove the feedback for him and he was happy for ebay to do so as he is happy with our support. This were instructions received from ebay support and then once customer accepts to call them back and they will remove it.    I called back and all message trails are on ebay, they said they are not allowed to remove the feedback as that is what customer thought of the product.    Has anyone else had similar issues? Hi  just wanted peoples views ,  I always research everything I sell to see if similar or the same items have been sold or are  for sale ... EBay suspended me a few months ago for 3 days for a fridge magnet that I had no idea breached polices ( but also there where similar for sale ) and today for a cassette from Saudi Arabia ( 1970s) yet there are hundreds of these cassettes for sale on eBay currently and loads sold ... speaking to an advisor I asked how it can be fair to suspend my account yet still allow hundreds to be sold on eBay ... I wouldn't list anything I honestly thought breaches ebays policies... but how can you know what can't be sold when there's hundreds of similar listed !!!   what are peoples views  ... View more

  Hi. Tried to buy a phone, every time I tried to pay, a red message appears telling me to choose a different payment method. Tried PayPal twice, nothing there on the PayPal site, so tried twice with debit card, but got same message. I gave up, and got my phone fixed instead. Checked my bank, and 2 payments were sent, and I'm £250 out of pocket, with nothing on purchase history, no record on PayPal. Messaged seller, and they have no record of purchase either. Basically a glitch, and want me money back, and to be able to use eBay again. Currently, not an option.   ... View more

I bought some chairs the other day and the seller has sent me a colour entirely wrong from what was listed.  I came to return the chairs today, using the label provided by the seller upon starting a return request with the royal mail.  The slip is for items 0-2kg in weight.... The chairs weigh a total of 12 kg and the post office will not take the item as it has of course not been properly paid for.   In addition the label on my delivery had the weight marked as 0-2kg, im unsure how this went under the radar, but clearly why my return lable was the same.   Have other dealt with something like this before? and how did u proceed.   As of now i have messaged the seller asking for a new return slip.  Otherwise I plan to ship back with dpd as it it costs 7 instead of 35 pounds to return.  However, if i do return with dpd is ebay going to even know that i have returned the item?   Please advise.  Thank you in advance ... Hi I have just changed my bank account details for my e bay account as i have been issued with a new card that has a different card number but same sort code and account number. I have added my new card detail but now cant delete my out of date card details because i get a message saying I need to add new details before i can delete theold one.
