I have been Scam by a seller who I ve been paid for the item through a Bank Transfer he requested. .after receiving the amount he has  refuse to send the item and also left me unpaid the item from the eBay. ..he demanding another pay to restore the unpaid item after receiving the Bank transfer he requested. .I have tried to contact the eBay through phone but kept telling me to contact the seller. ..I have sent a numerous messages to the seller since last week but never replied as the item is still under unpaid item..I am very upset and with also ebay why I can not get any ebay customers for help..my money is gone to the seller and still have the Unpaid item pending. .is there any help how I can get a direct number to eBay customer service to speak to someone. . ... Someone has messaged me about an item and has asked to buy outside of ebay, and I believe they are intending to try and defraud me in the process. I want to report them to ebay but I can't see that there is a way of doing so until they have completed the purchase (which they won't end up doing if the process continued, as they're asking to do so by email!)   Is there a way of reporting this behaviour to stop them from attempting it with other people? ... I have just entered a competition on ebay where you clicked on items and if one of them contained an iphone you won it for a pound.  I now realise how stupid I was as I had to give my credit card details.  I thought as it was on ebay it would be ok. Hi , can anyone help me. When I delete my received e bay messages, they dont disapear, but go into the recycle file, but I cant delete them from there, so as a result, I have messages going back yonks - which is just taking up valuable space on my pc. Anyone know why ebay decided to allow non-payers? What happened to the old ebay policy, when you bid/win you enter a binding contract to pay for the item? Now sellers are not able to open a case, it has suddenly caused many non payers. I had 4 items end over a week ago, all non-payers, and they have all also ignored my message enquiring if they still want the item. Whenever I try to list an item I get sent to Bank Details which I have already completed a million times. I then get a message saying that Updated details completed and resume listing which I do. Then I try to list again and return to bank details and so on. It won't even let me relist an unsold item and instead sends me to...Bank details. Help! ... View more
