Hello everyone, I recently sold a video game internationally with Global Shipping Program (from UK to Germany). Now the user opened a return request stating that the game disc is ripped in two pieces and glued with scotch tape (funny and sad in the same time). Buyer did not added any photos to return request. I dispatched the item in a ebay padded envelope as I do with all the games for xbox 360 and I never had complains like this. The game disc and case were in very good condition when I dispatched them. I try to resolve the return and there is no option to deny the return request. How is this possible and why should I pay for a joke like this? I sent him a message to cancel the request return and to claim any issues to the courier that brought him the parcel. This game sold for less than 5 pounds free shipping, so imagine that my profit was under 3 pounds. What if they will charge me for a return shipping label from Germany to UK? I will loose a lot of money. I feel like I am being scammed here. I readed online that if I sell something with Global Shipping Program, they wont be able to return items and scam me in any way. I tried to have ebay to call me using the contact page and there is no option there to select to be called by ebay, like it used to be. What should I do next? Anybody had the same problem?
