Hello everyone, I recently sold a video game internationally with Global Shipping Program (from UK to Germany). Now the user opened a return request stating that the game disc is ripped in two pieces and glued with scotch tape (funny and sad in the same time). Buyer did not added any photos to return request. I dispatched the item in a ebay padded envelope as I do with all the games for xbox 360 and I never had complains like this. The game disc and case were in very good condition when I dispatched them. I try to resolve the return and there is no option to deny the return request. How is this possible and why should I pay for a joke like this? I sent him a message to cancel the request return and to claim any issues to the courier that brought him the parcel. This game sold for less than 5 pounds free shipping, so imagine that my profit was under 3 pounds. What if they will charge me for a return shipping label from Germany to UK? I will loose a lot of money. I feel like I am being scammed here. I readed online that if I sell something with Global Shipping Program, they wont be able to return items and scam me in any way. I tried to have ebay to call me using the contact page and there is no option there to select to be called by ebay, like it used to be. What should I do next? Anybody had the same problem? ... Hi - I sold a vintage phone to someone and in the item listing I described it as having had a crack that had been repaired but that I couldn't see the crack, it certainly wasnt visible. The phone is also 40 years old and was sent to Spain - The buyer insisted that I send it as spares with a value of £20. When he received the phone he took it apart and said that the phone was split in two places and had been repaired and demanded his money back and that he wouldn't pay for it to be sent back to me. I advised he filed a complaint which he did. Two weeks later and he's left negative feedback saying that I am effectively a bad ebayer despite 298 positive feedbacks and his is the only poor one. Ebay have not paid me my money or decided if he should return the phone to me. I'm really fedup with ebay and with the way I did not get a proper chance to explain my side of the story. I've reported him as visolating the rules by not intending to pay - for all i know he could have broken the phone taking it apart or using it for spares. I think in light of this I just feel like closing my account and not bothering to sell anything and give stuff to charity instead.  There just isn't any fun anymore with eBay and either sellers or buyers are out to rip one off. Hi Everyone. I am desperate for help resetting my password. I updated my bank details for the new managed payments system and then received an email from Ebay to say we've temporarily blocked your account and to change my password. Every time I try I get the message to say it's beenn veirfied but then a further message to say 'We ran into a problem, please try later' and then nothing else happens. I have sold an iPhone as spares or repairs the buyer now wants to return for a refundstatong that he did not receive the iPhone but a cheap digital camera. This is not the case and the buyer is trying to scam me. If I accept this he will simply send back the cheap camera and get a full refund and also the iPhone that I sent. This is made worse by the fact the buyer is abroad. I don't send abroad but eBay make this possible by allowing people from other country's to us a UK shipping address so it looks like they are in the UK. What do I do.
