I sold something last Sunday, buyer has not paid. Have received a message from Ebay saying that I have successfully cancelled the sale, even though I never did anything to cancel it. I was hoping the buyer might actually pay. Now I have lost the potential sale and am unable to leave any feedback for the non-paying bidder. How is anyone meant to know about poor bidders if the feedback option is removed? It's ridiculous. I don't think I will bother leaving feedback for anyone ever again if the system is so flawed and completely useless. And, of course, I cannot query the cancellation with Ebay because they don't want to speak with their members.
