Has anybody's purchase history been deleted? mine informs me I have'nt bought or sold for 12 months, reported problem 18/06/ 21 (Friday) nothing happened.

Are you sure that you haven't duplicated the account by accident ?... check here >

Using a PC/Laptop > Log out, restart and login through the eBay Home Page using your usual Username or email address and password to see if you can manage to retrieve and restore the known 'new' account issue ? 

Do Not use Apple, Google or Facebook login options which are reported as opening new 'cloned' accounts with corrupted, missing and inaccurate details.

you must have a different account that you have been using,

find an email that shows a recent purchase/sale and log into the account shown on that

sorry took so long to reply, I only use one account, ebay team say I am not
only one this has happened to, say they will rectify problem, no luck so
far. thanks for replying.
