does anybody know why i am charged insertion fees after excepting promotion, ie, 100 listings with no insertion fees or discounts on final value fees When i list it wants to charge fees.

Were your listings in accordance with the offer T&C
eg.....they must have been 5 days or longer in duration
Also auto relists were excluded & chargeable
