promo offer

had 39 items listed under the £1 max final value fee offer . how do i get the information on what was listed under the offer . at present can only get a list of 39 item numbers but not the items themselves . been going thru the unsold history but each time they relist , they allocate a new item number . seem to have lost detail on most of the listings that were under the promo offer . have now sold items that were under the £1 max seller promo and been charged sellers fees at normal rates . i want to find out to ascertain as fact which items were listed under the promo offer .

and how do you reply once the initial question has had an answer so i dont have to copy and paste this question again ?

  • If an item that is eligible for the promotion had previously closed without a successful sale and is re-listed during the promotion period, it will count towards the 100 listings limit of the promotion. You will not receive a refund of your original insertion fee if the item sells.
  • If an item qualifies for the promotion and when the item sells, the invoice will indicate the fee including the discount. Please note: if the item does not sell the first time and if you relist it after the promotional period or if it is automatically relisted during the promotional period, standard final value fees will be charged according to the eBay fees policy when the relisted item sells.

the items were manually relisted and not automatically relisted . so under the terms and conditions are eligible for the promo offer and could be seen to be deducted from the 100 listings counter .
