there is no need for bad language, but clearly there has been a problem between you,
what happened to trigger the bad language?

At one time eBay included a link in every message to report inappropriate content. They removed it, and I thnk have largely given up even trying to address the endless torrent of abuse between eBay's millions of members.
Sorry but no we cannot have a word with them as we are NOT Ebay and just other members trying to help other members out when they have a problem.
IF i were you i would find a different seller.
What were you asking the seller to do?
