I just wanted to thank Ebay and Paypal fpr their help with my dispute with a seller. Their help and intervention, especially, Ebay's efforts, solved the dispute immediately. Thank you.

Sorry, It seems that I was on the wrong site to express my thanks. Thank you all for leaving comments, but it is difficult to comment when not conversant with the whole case. I, herewith, give notice, as a matter of courtesy, that I won't reply to any more comments as, after the horrific ordeal I went through, I would like now to move on. Thank you all for your interest and I wish you a Very Merry Christmas and a splendid 2020.

Sorry, it is quite evident that I have been on the wrong site. Thank you all for leaving comments, but the case was a bit more complicated to comment on when not 'au fait' with the details. As a matter of courtesy, I advise that I won't be leaving any more replies, as I need to move on after the stress I have been through. Thank you all for your interest, and I wish you well for Christmas and the New Year.

Is this the seller you left the negative feedback for?  They could get that removed if they know the rules,  as you there,  have mentioned a refund,  this is not allowed when leaving feedbacks.

 

However,  if it is this seller ,  and the matter has been amicably resolved,  perhaps you can meesage them to send you a feedback revision to complete and send it  back to them.

Aaaah ok, but for future remember that it is a policy violation to mention refunds, or any cases, in feedbacks. The seller, if they know this, can ask for its removal, so best to avoid those words.

Well over a 50% dissatisfaction rate would probably be close to losing buyer protection.

It was ONLY resolved because of Ebay's intervention. Remarks were made because of genuine concerns of sellers conduct throughout the process of resolving the problem

I had PayPal's and Ebay's full support! Comments should not be made, unless the whole story is known.
