problem with TV

Good Morning,

I bought a TV

Toshiba 49U6663DB 49 Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and 5 Years Warranty.
( 182726763278 ) on 29,08,2017. 2 weeks ago I started to have a problem with my TV: TV it turns itself off everytime I try to switch it on. The red light under TV (sensor) is flashing and a 3 second later TV is off again.

I tried to contact seller, on Saturday 09,12,2017 but the only message I get from seller was question about more details, e.g my address, my name and TV model. Seller said that need this information for my warranty claim.

Today I sent message to seller again but so far no answer.

I need help how to claim my warranty as I bought TV with 5 years warranty, unfortunately I didn't get any documents or email with warranty information. I was thinking that if seller is offering 5 years warranty so if anything happen with my TV there will be no problem with fixing it.

Kind Regards,
Marta
