problem contacting ebay to report what we suspect is a fraud

Every avenue we try we can't get to speak to someone at eBay.

We bought an engine and paid by bank transfer.  Not getting any response from seller but can't see how to ask ebay

• Items paid for using any other type of payment method not listed above (such as bank transfer, cash, money orders, escrow services)

Ebay won't help as you didn't pay via ebay.

You paid by bank transfer, so not covered by MBG.

surely ebay would support us as they don't want fraud on their platform.
they should have all the details of the seller
