problem with buyer had items 2 wks now wants refund saying items been used which is not true lve refunded her but not happy about it and l think she will leave negative feedback as lve 100% any suggestions cant get ebay.
You should have asked her to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and Refunded through the Case. Your EBay Final Value Fees would have been Credited back to your Seller Account. EBay would then have probably Removed any Negative Feedback.
