Can a customer claim a refund of the postage they paid to get the goods if they decide to return the goods because "they just did not like them" (not faulty or any other problems).

No, that's classed as "change of mind" where the buyer pays the return postage. Ofcourse some unscrupulous buyers will open a "not as described" return with a bogus reason which ebay usually accept and make the seller pay the return postage.
