pop-up saying Congratulations Virgin Media User!

Has anyone else experienced this annoying pop-up? Does anyone now how to block it on Chrome browser?

I use Ad Blocker Ultimate and AdGuard AdBlocker, but there are plenty of others and most are free.

Download adblocker to stop the pop ups (google for it),and run a full scan
