so the buyer wants to return I dint as it's not my fault it dont fit and she saying it's not the size I said it was all tho it' clearly shows on label the size I said it was anyway I have lost and must accept it back witch I have done as she had all ready told me it's on it's way back to me moore that once and then said I sent it today and now she asking me for a posting label what do I do if she all ready stated she as sent it

You don't do anything until the buyer opens a case.

If they open a 'does not fit' return it will be classed as a change of mind return and you can decline it because you have 'no returns' on your listings.

If buyer opens a not as described case you will have to accept as ebay will force you to refund with or without you accepting the return, no matter that you have 'no returns'. You will get a refund of your selling fees.

If buyer opens a NAD case you'll need to generate a return label and refund on return. Doing nothing will  mean buyer can ask ebay to step in after 3 days and refund without return, you'll lose your selling fees and gain an account defect.

thank you for replying to me she did open a case against me so do I still need to send her a returns label if she as emailed me saying she as sent the jacket back to me today ?

Since you said in your opening post that you are not sure if she's sent it back or not, you should send a label. You only get charged if she uses it.
