You don't do anything until the buyer opens a case.
If they open a 'does not fit' return it will be classed as a change of mind return and you can decline it because you have 'no returns' on your listings.
If buyer opens a not as described case you will have to accept as ebay will force you to refund with or without you accepting the return, no matter that you have 'no returns'. You will get a refund of your selling fees.
If buyer opens a NAD case you'll need to generate a return label and refund on return. Doing nothing will mean buyer can ask ebay to step in after 3 days and refund without return, you'll lose your selling fees and gain an account defect.
