hi can i block a seller,,he is getting unpleasant with me about his misselling me a phone cover,,,very rude and i dont appreciate his tone.

If you also tick the option to block messages from blocked bidders, this will also prevent him from messaging you.
It may take a while to come into effect if you have been in a recent transaction with this seller.
