phishing email - from PACKLINK "Important information regarding your recent orders"

I think I got a phishing email, asking me to click & accept a charge to increase the shipment cost of an item

Poor English language

Had an APPARENT ebay order

Can't find any way of reporting this to ebay - any ideas anyone?
