Hi , I sold a purse but the buyer did not pay so I issued an unpaid item after a week , they eventually paid but after another 2 weeks they asked for a refund(saying it was not suitable) , which I issued after the purse was eventually returned , they now say that they have not got access to the refund as it is pending, but I cannot cancel the transaction as it is more than 30 days, they want me to sort it! The money is not in my paypal account , so what do I do ?
