is ebay going to stop using paypal and use some other payment,a freind has had a e-mail saying this but i've not had this e mail

By the end of this month ebey hopes to get all sellers onto Managed Payments. It doesn'r affect buyers, except that it gives them more choice of ways to pay, and Paypal will still be one of them.
It means sellers will get paid straight into their bank account and not Paypal.
