hi does anyone know what this means please as had a email from ebay saying my payout are on hold for five days have i done something wrong thank you

You are Trading illegally on a Private Account which is just for Selling your own Second Hand Items from in and around your home. You need to Register as a Business Seller. Your Buyers are legally entitled to Return Items within 30 days for any Reason.

You are also offering Nintendo Guarantee's?  Are you sure about that? Manufacturers Guarantees are only eligible to you the Buyer. Not to anyone else you happen to Sell it on to.
