Sarted selling in 2013 as a private seller always useing pay pal,but have read so many complaints about the new system that I am going to stop.Always had good feed back and regular postage which under an outdated  so called new system (which is slow) its time to call it a day.Rather hope Pay Pal opens up its own Auction Site they would do well

Highly unlikely Paypal would open an auction site,that's not their line of business.

There are other selling sites you can use if you feel the new eBay payment system is not for you.
