You are under eBay's Managed Payments, this is how the holds work, the main delay is with your bank's processing times. Weekends being non working business days, prolong the process a little too.
eBay then first take their fees from money received from a sale, and send the remainder to your nominated bank account. This takes 1 - 2 business working days.
Your bank then takes 1 - 4 business working days to process those funds, before they become available for you to withdraw.
Another thing to check is if you have selected a daily or weekly payout. Go to your Payments tab top of your eBay page, from drop down selected Summary to the right you will see Settings, and you can edit and select there, a daily or weekly payout.
