payment is still pending?

Good morning

 

for some reason on my purchase history, the item ive bought still says " your payment is pending " and the seller still hasnt got the money,  but my pay pal account and the email i have still say the payment went through.

 

Is there something else i need to do on my end to resolve this?

 

is there a phone number i can contact someone about this too please?

Doesn't sound like a problem at your end.  If they're new sellers they may need to confirm their email address for the money to go through. Ask them to check at Paypal account > click on the cog icon, top right > Email

 

If it's not that it could mean they've changed their email address recently and didn't change it on the listing so the money has gone to their old address.  If so you should be able to cancel the payment in your Paypal account.

 

Then see if they can send you an invoice using the Send & Request link at top of page in their Paypal account.  If not they will have to cancel the transaction on ebay and relist with correct email address on the listing for you to buy again.

 

If you can't cancel the payment ask them to cancel the transaction anyway and your money will be refunded automatically.   If they do nothing and it remains pending the money should return to you automatically in 30 days.

the 'problem' is the sellers end

 

 

they need to log into their paypal account and accept the payment or add the email address they used to their paypal profile
