payment from items sold to international buyers

I sold an item to an international buyer.  Ebay says it has been paid for but the amount is not showing on my Paypal account.

If you are on managed payments then ebay take the payment and once they have taken off their fees they put the remainder into your bank

It is not instant like paypal and if ebay says paid then you have to send
