There is no return to the old system of money being accepted into Paypal.
All sellers are being enrolled into eBay's Managed Payments, whereby there is no third party (Paypal) processing your funds, eBay do it, and transfer the remainder after taking their fees , into your bank account.
The main delay lies with your bank's processing times. Remember all parties here will be working on business working days, so this weekend will delay the process by a few days.
