I bought an item and it didn't arrive.
I was refuded.
The item then arrived very late.
I told the seller and offered to pay again.
The seller asked for my PayPal details.
Is this okay?
If not how do I pay please?
Simple you either give him your email address so he can pay to you or you send him Paypal Request for payment.
The difference is if he sends you a friends and family payment, no fees to pay, if he pays through your request to pay, you then pay the usual fees.
