there was a problem with one of my items. The buyer is willing to accept a partial refund. How do i deal with it?
Go to your Payments tab >> All transactions, and Click on the item's highlighted item number.
Then far right under the big blue button's drop down menu, mine says Leave Feedback click on send refund.
Add the refund you wish to make, select the reason, check it is correct, and submit.
