hi. i need to refund a customer part of the sale due to an error but i dont know how to do it. thanks

Sign into your paypal account and go to the original payment

There is a refund link

Put in the amount you want to refund and check carefully before sending

You get your paypal fees back on that amount but not the ebay fees

Ebay only return the fees on a full refund
