had a return raised for a faulty item which i shipped to an address in the UK. i find out that the customer is at an address in south africa, and the shipping between UK and there is his own responsibility. he wants to claim for import charges etc, something that had nothing to do with me. he has also changed the reason for returning from faulty to not as described.
trying to find a way for ebay to interercede as i belive its fradulant

If it went to a UK address then that is where it should be sent back from
You are on the Globel Shipping programme so you need to make sure ebay know it was GSP
You would have sent it to the hub in Lichfield
You only pay the postage in the UK
See the link on how GSP works
