the last three shirts I have purchased have all been advertised as being new, not a single one of them was, they weren't even close to being new. Now one of the sellers has had the cheek to even ask if I'll remove the negative feedback, even though she ignored all my emails, and I had to get a refund off Ebay!!!!!!!!!! I'm absolutely sick of it, they next person who does this to me I WILL USE A SOLICITOR OR THE POLICE to get the matter to a court, I will get them prosecuted no matter what it costs me, I don't care anymore.
Dont be silly.
It is not worth the hassle and taking them to court and using a solicitor or wasting police time is ridiculous
It iw three shirts not the crown jewels.
You open the dispute and leave feedback
You dont have to change it no matter how many times they ask
Just ignore them
PUt them on your blocked bidders list
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/resolving-buyer-issues/blocking-buyer-ebay?id=4082
Then go back and scroll down to stop blocked bidders from contacting me
I know you are buyer you said so on your first post
You put them on so they can not contact you or buy maliciously if you ever sell but more importantly it stops them contracting you
It only takes effect when you are not in a transaction with them
Ebay calls it blocked bidders but it should really say blocked members
Anyone you have a problem with you put on your blocked bidders list
