outright fraud

the last three shirts I have purchased have all been advertised as being new, not a single one of them was, they weren't even close to being new. Now one of the sellers has had the cheek to even ask if I'll remove the negative feedback, even though she ignored all my emails, and I had to get a refund off Ebay!!!!!!!!!! I'm absolutely sick of it, they next person who does this to me I WILL USE A SOLICITOR OR THE POLICE to get the matter to a court, I will get them prosecuted no matter what it costs me, I don't care anymore.

Dont be silly.

It is not worth the hassle and taking them to court and using a solicitor or wasting police time is ridiculous

It iw three shirts not the crown jewels.

You open the dispute and leave feedback

You dont have to change it no matter how many times they ask

Just ignore them

PUt them on your blocked bidders list

Then go back and scroll down to stop blocked bidders from contacting me

It's not fraud because eBay provides a simple method to put this right.  The matter would in any event be a civil matter and the police would not be interested.

It is a pity that you have been disappointed but simply open three "not as described cases" in the resolution centre [link below] and the seller will send you three labels to send them back - he pays.  Send them back quickly in three parcels and you will get three refunds
