opting out of managed payments

I sell on ebay, with Paypal after i get paid the money is in my bank within 10 minutes and i can ship the item. Now it can take a few days and ebay say i can ship the item immediately, pfft yeah right no money in my bank no shipping. How can I opt out of this managed payments mallarkey

I don't believe you can.  We're all going to have to use it.   eBay have severed links with Paypal.
